• Rates are valid from March 01, 2009 to March 31, 2011
• High season surcharge of US$ 20 ++ per villa per night will applicable from July 15th to September 7th and US$ 30 ++ from December 15th to January 10th
• Published Rates are per villa, per night on room inclusive ABF basis
• Extra bed will available upon request at US$ 35 ++ per bed per night, inclusive of breakfast (max. 3 guests per villa for One Bed Luxury Villa)
• All rates are subject to 21% Government taxes and gratuities.
• Published Rates and Internet Rates are per villa, per night on room & ABF only basis, subject to 21% Government tax & Services Charge.
